Meth isn’t the only explosive thing that can be cooked up in someone’s backyard, just ask Mr Pagani and his pet Huayra, that’s “wai-rah” to you, which at some point could brag that it was the fastest road legal car. Think Zonda with the crazy dialed in at 11 and a shape that turns Porsches into Beetles. Pagani, an artist who took notes from Lamborghini’s carbon fibre division, was fairly lousy at building engines, so, besides its homegrown nature cobbled together like your mate’s Lotus Seven, the V12 engine once more comes from Mercedes AMG. That should mean that it is less likely to catch on fire like most Italian exotics. The tiny factory produces about twenty of these a year, so you’ll be better off sticking in Forza 4 where you don’t have to pay for the juice.
